The Kyiv City State Administration promised to lift all restrictions on traffic on Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard in Kyiv.

Utility workers have almost completely completed repairs on Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard. On September 3, all traffic restrictions on Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard in Kyiv will be lifted.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration, according to a GolosUA correspondent.

"Last night, on September 2, road workers laid the top layer of asphalt on the last section. And today, on September 3, all restrictions on traffic on Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard will be lifted," the statement said.

As a reminder, due to the repair work on Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard in Kyiv, drivers suffered from constant traffic jams and delays. Also, as it became known on September 3, a Kyiv-Malyn intercity bus "lost" a wheel on the Zhytomyr highway. This was reported to GolosUA by Anna Yevpak, a passenger of the bus.

"This genius decided he could drive with a flat tire. He decided to go to the tire service only when the wheel started smoking. And when they started pumping it up, the wheel just burst. We stood on the highway for 2 hours. And no one offered us a minibus to replace it," the girl said.

On August 26, in Kyiv, at the exit from the Moskovsky Bridge in the direction of Petrivka, the rear wheels of a minibus #242 fell off. On July 11, a minibus wheel came off in Borshchahivka, Kyiv.

Earlier, it was reported that dangerous minibuses were running in Kyiv due to corruption schemes.

"The taxis run according to the route they have been assigned. It is played out in a competition where points are scored based on qualifications. That is, by comfort indicators. The higher the comfort indicators, the more points you can score and the higher the likelihood of getting this route. Unfortunately, such competitions are not always transparent. That's why dangerous minibuses run in Kyiv because of corruption schemes. After all, the competition is won not by those with the best quality of services, but by business entities that have paid a bigger bribe," said Viktor Medvid, a transport expert.
