V. Medved: "If Ukrzaliznytsia abandons reserved seats, tickets may double in price"

Ukrzaliznytsia has recently announced a number of changes that will affect all Ukrainian passengers. These include the abandonment of the use of reserved seats and the termination of rail service with Russia. How will the innovations affect the cost of railway tickets, and what else should we expect from the intention to improve rail transportation in the country.
