Economist

He has been a director of the consulting company William Invest Expert since 2009.

Viktor Medved is responsible for developing innovative products: technological, economic (investment) and legal support. In addition, he is responsible for crisis management, which means transforming problematic assets into non-problematic, cost-effective ones under my guidance.

Currently, there are two main areas of innovative projects coordinated by Viktor Medved:

  1. Functional foods (research is focused on the production of foods that are designed to solve health problems, prevent diseases, and prolong life).
  2. Artificial intelligence in management decision-making and document management systems.

The project's objective is to replace most typical management decisions with software algorithms and to enable self-improvement of such algorithms.

The practical implementation of this project, for example, in the public administration sector, could lead to a reduction in the number of civil servants by 70%, which is the same as in the private sector.

By automating management decision-making processes, these technologies can significantly improve the speed and quality of decisions, reduce the cost of decision-making, and increase the competitiveness of business entities and the economy as a whole.

Crisis management in his position involves analyzing troubled enterprises or assets, including those that became problematic as a result of the financial crisis. His functions include finding mechanisms to resuscitate such assets. This includes drafting an anti-crisis program, investment and technological feasibility studies, and entering into relevant agreements to implement these tasks. The end result is a high-quality, cost-effective asset that generates profit.
