The Ministry of Infrastructure has prepared a draft order approving changes to tariffs for the transportation of passengers, baggage, and freight by rail in domestic traffic. By the end of 2021, tariffs will increase by 22 %. Meanwhile, Infrastructure Minister Vladyslav Krykliy said that railway ticket prices will increase by 2 % per month from March-April 2021, and emphasized that the change in cost is provided for in Ukrzaliznytsia's financial plan, so it should not be called a ticket price increase, but a slight indexation.
