The journalists of Kyiv TV channel talked to the families of the affected investors who had invested their money in buying apartments in a new building on Bohdan Khmelnytsky Street 2-c, 2-g and 2-d many years ago and found out the reasons why people still cannot get their homes:
As you know, in an effort to protect their rights to legal housing, the residents of Gostomel have repeatedly appealed to the President of Ukraine to influence the current head of the Gostomel Military Administration, who has been preventing the completion of the residential complex since September 2022.

The conflict arose because of an illegal attempt by the head of the Gostomel military administration to install a modular town on the foundations of unfinished apartment buildings:
It was resolved with the assistance of representatives of the President's Office and the leadership of the Kyiv DIA.

The Military Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case over the illegal actions of the head of the Gostomel Military Administration, which is being investigated by the State Bureau of Investigation:
Now the head of the Gostomel military administration is taking revenge on the affected investors by sabotaging the original decision to approve the land lease agreement between the Gostomel village council and the new developer, which prevents the completion of the houses.
The leadership of the Gostomel Military Administration in a story on the Kyiv TV channel emphasizes that the GMA does not have the authority to issue the original decision.
At the same time, it should be noted that Vitruvia LLC agreed in writing to a land lease agreement at the end of 2021, taking into account the obligation to provide the families of the affected investors with proper living conditions at their own expense, which, in turn, was voted for by the Gostomel Village Council, approving a land lease agreement with guarantees for the affected residents of Gostomel.
Currently, cases of violation of investors' and developers' rights by the Chairman of the CGPA, Serhiy Borysiuk, are being considered by law enforcement agencies and courts of various jurisdictions.
The 130 families of the affected residents of Gostomel are very much looking forward to a fair resolution of this issue, which will finally allow them to receive their long-awaited housing.
